At Alwanova, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@alwanova.com and include:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alwanova is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@alwanova.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
